WILLIAMNAGAR: A vaccination campaign for measles and rubella will be organized in East Garo Hills in September.
The decision was taken at the meeting of the District Task Force Committee on August 1 convened by the district medical and health officer and the member secretary of District Health Society, at Williamnagar Circuit House. During the month-long campaign, children between nine months and 15 years will be vaccinated in schools and anganwadi centres, said Deputy Commissioner Saljong K Marak.
