SHILLONG: The Shillong Municipal Board is readying documents for the inventory survey at Harijan Colony that was ordered by the High Level Committee recently.
Sources said the survey will start immediately after the paperwork is complete.
Earlier this month, the committee had directed the civic board to restart inventory survey after most of the houses were found locked during an earlier survey.
Altogether 128 municipal employees are staying in the colony.
The committee will hold its next meeting after the departments concerned submit the documents sought by the former.
