Fingerlings released into EKH river

SHILLONG: The HYC Mawryngkneng circle in collaboration with the Department of Fisheries recently released fingerlings into the Shangkram river near Kut, East Khasi Hills.
There are three villages along the river namely Mawryngkneng, Puriang and Kut.
The president of HYC Mawryngkneng, Robinson Nongrum, lauded the state department for the initiative. O Passah, the superintendent of the Department of Fisheries, was present.
