GUWAHATI: A book by Arup Kumar Dutta, internationally acclaimed author and a Padma Shri awardee titled Gauhati High Court: History and Heritage, will be launched on the Gauhati High Court premises on Saturday.
Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Judge, Supreme Court of India will attend the programme as the chief guest along with Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal.
