ONGC hails Hima Das on her Silver medal feat in Asian Games 2018

GUWAHATI: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has hailed the feat of athlete from Dhing in Assam, Hima Das who won silver medal in Women’s 400m race in Asian Games 2018 on Sunday.

The Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of ONGC has tweeted: Heartiest Congratulations, @HimaDas8 on winning Silver in Women’s 400m @AsianGames2018. Keep up the good work, Hima. You have done us proud.

The ONGC in a statement issued on Sunday evening said, “Hima Das who hails from Dhing, Nagaon, Assam won the Silver Medal in ongoing Asian Games 2018. It is the fifth medal for ONGC, which has a legacy of promoting sports. She joined ONGC on a scholarship roll from April1, 2018.”

“Heartiest Congratulations to Hima for winning Silver medal at Asian Games 208 and making India an ONGCians proud!”
