SHILLONG: Prestone Tynsong, the chairman of the high-level committee on Harijan Colony issue, said there is need for consultations with the Syiem of Mylliem before finalising the recommendations.
“The Syiem of Mylliem has more land at Harijan Colony and we will have to hold discussion as part of our task to finalise the report,” he said. Several meetings of the high level committee were held to find solution to the vexed issue.
