CPC’s appeal to ease congestion

SHILLONG: The Central Puja Committee, Meghalaya has appealed to all visiting Puja Pandals to avoid moving in vehicles in congested localities to avoid traffic snarl dislocating traffic movement in certain routes with cascading affect from arterial to main roads of the city including haphazard parking on narrow roads causing inconvenience to others.
