TURA: The Tura DSEO along with the Principal of Rajabala Deficit Higher Secondary School has been accused of making illegal attempts to constitute the said school’s Managing Committee even as the matter is sub-judiced and pending in the Meghalaya High Court.

Samsul Hoque, a resident of Rajabala who made the allegation said that the matter is of genuine concern to the people of the area and needs to be brought to the notice of the HC and the public at large.

“They are making all sorts of attempts to constitute the SMC illegally. This is in complete violation of the norms and procedure of law and an act of defiance against HC,” Hoque said.
