SHILLONG: The Congress has asked Power Minister James Sangma to come out with a clarification on the possible anomalies in the tendering process for the Saubhagya scheme.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, Opposition Chief Whip PT Sawkmie said people of the state are confused about the allegations made in the ‘multi-crore Saubhagya scheme’.
“The minister in charge should come out clear on the matter to remove the confusion,” Sawkmie added.
