NEHU Inter College Football Tournament begins

SHILLONG: The NEHU Inter College Football (Men) Tournament 2018 began on the 6th November 2018 at the NEHU Permanent campus, Shillong. The tournament has been organised by the Sports Department of the North Eastern Hill University. A total of 25 colleges took part in the tournament. The 1st match was played between NEHU, Tura versus St. Anthony’s Extension where NEHU, Tura defeated St. Anthony’s Extension by 4-2 in tie breaker. The 2nd match was played between NEHU, Shillong versus Ri- Bhoi Colleges where NEHU, Shillong defeated Ri- Bhoi Colleges by 5-0. And the 3rd match was played between Seng Khasi College versus St. Francis D’ Assisi Colleges, Nongstoin where St. Francis D’ Assisi Colleges, Nongstoin defeated Seng Khasi College by 5-4 in tie breaker.
