SHILLONG: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma and his brother and Home Minister James Sangma have left Shillong on Tuesday for a foreign tour with the family.
Sources said both Conrad and James will tour Europe with their family and they will be back on November 12.
In the past too, the duo had undertaken such foreign tours.
