Application for tickets available from tomorrow, informs UDP

SHILLONG: The People’s Democratic Front (PDF) informed that the aspiring candidates who wish to contest the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) and Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC) polls can collect the application forms from the party office in Nongrim Hills from Tuesday.
The party will field candidates for both KHADC and JHADC while it also expressed the desire to contest the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) elections as well.
The PDF intends to field candidates in all the 29 seats of KHADC, however, the candidates will be screened thoroughly in a meeting of the party members and the members of zonal committee of PDF.
