SHILLONG: Former Congress leader DD Lapang, who is set to join NPP, will not contest the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
NPP state president WR Kharlukhi on Sunday said Lapang will join the party within few weeks.
To a question, Kharlukhi added that Lapang would not be contesting the Shillong seat.
