A woman who supports migrants helps another supporter leave the area so as not to be attacked by demonstrators protesting the presence of thousands of Central American migrants in Tijuana, Mexico on Sunday. Protesters accused the migrants of being messy, ungrateful and a danger to Tijuana. They also complained about how the caravan forced its way into Mexico, calling it an ‘invasion’ and voiced worries that their taxes might be spent to care for the group as they wait to apply for US asylum.
