Kathmandu: A vehicle skidded off the highway in western Nepal, killing at least five persons and injuring six others, police said.
The incident happened in Dailekh district of Karnali province on Wednesday when the ill-fated jeep skidded off the highway and fell 200 metres down the hilly road.
Two persons died on the spot while three others succumbed to the injures while being taken to the hospital, police said.
Other injured have been shifted to hospital and are undergoing treatment, police added. (PTI)
