SHILLONG: EVM and VVPAT awareness programme and live product of demo for members of the judicial system was held at Hotel Polo Towers on Friday. Organised by the State Election Department, the event was attended by representatives and members of the judicial fraternity.
Meghalaya CEO F R Kharkongor said this was the second awareness programme and added that similar programmes would be held for all stakeholders. A song on EVM & VVPAT was also released and performed on the occasion.
