NEPA holds Dikshant parade for trainees

SHILLONG: The Dikshant Parade of Basic Course trainees was held at the North Eastern Police Academy (NEPA) on Friday. The parade was reviewed by Aftab Ahmad Ali, IPS (retd), first Director of the Academy.
A total of 53 trainees from two batches took the oath administered by Kala Ramachandran, Director, NEPA.
The trainees have been imparted with skills, knowledge and required attitude to deliver their best.
Apart from the regular indoor training comprising police science, legal studies, and social science & outdoor training comprising drill, weapons training, physical efficiency, field craft, tactics and others.
