HNYF accuses MDC of forgery

SHILLONG: The Hynniewtrep National Youth Front (HNYF), Nartiang circle, has alleged that the MDC of Barato-Mukroh constituency, Rio Sten, had forged the signatures of the beneficiaries of MDC scheme.
Addressing a press conference on Monday, president of HNYF, Nartiang circle, HW Sutong, said the organisation would file an FIR on Tuesday against the MDC for forgery and for not releasing schemes to the beneficiaries.  “There are many schemes, but there is no development in the constituency,” he said.
The MDC scheme pertains to improvement of households and CGI sheets and Sutong said the concerned authorities should take the matter seriously.
