Conference
The State Conference organised by the Meghalaya Nursing Council on the topic “Continuing Nursing Education” will be held on January 10 at 9:30 am at NEIGRIHMS, auditorium, Mawdiangdiang. P. W. Ingty Additional Chief Secretary, in charge Health and Family Welfare, will attend the inaugural function as the Chief Guest.
Meeting
The nurses of the state (in service/retired) are invited to the VI general body meeting of the association that is going to be held on January 11 at U Soso Tham auditorium from 9 am onwards. In-service nurses who are to attend the meeting will be on special leave.
Convention
Shillong Archdiocese Catholic Youth Movement (SACYM) of East Khasi Hills and Ri-Bhoi district will hold a biennial convention for the youths of the church of this district from January 10-13 at Parish Byrnihat, Ri- Bhoi district. SACYM also requests the various organizations who are calling for the road blockade to allow the youths to take part in this programme.
