SHILLONG: The massive traffic jam in Dawki has angered the commuters as they were stuck in traffic for 4-5 hours to cover a distance of 2 kms.
A daily commuter told The Shillong Times, that there is no police personnel and no district administration to help the general public.
The commuter blamed the double parking of coal trucks and trucks carrying boulders coming from Pynursla. Concerns were raised that the Umngot Bridge is also getting weak.
