SHILLONG: The community hall of Dorbar Shnong of Lower Lumparing was inaugurated on Republic Day by local MLA Sanbor Shullai and MDC Ricky Shullai.
Speaking on the occasion, Ricky expressed happiness that many projects in the constituency, which were pending for as many as 40 years, have become a reality.
