Rymbai ‘offered money’ to withdraw molestation case

JOWAI: The brother of the 20-year-old woman who was allegedly molested by the JHADC chief executive member has said his family was offered money to withdraw the complaint.
“How can he (JHADC chief MB Rymbai) deny his crime when he had sent Stan Rymbai of Pamra village and Agudtine Dkhar Moolamanoh, the owner of a petrol pump, late at night to our resident offering huge amount of money to withdraw the complaint lodged by my sister,” the brother said on Tuesday.
He also said the family was unaware of the complaint lodged and came to know about it only when the two persons offered money. The woman had aaleged that Rymbai molested her in Delhi. “He fooled her, he promised her a job, she is just 20, she had never been in a flight and never been to Delhi. He took her along with his friend. Let the truth come out. But one thing people should understand is that the JHADC chief is misleading them,” he added.
