SHILLONG: Anti Narcotic Task Force (ANTF) arrested a husband-wife duo from Pohktieh for possessing 39.26 grams of drugs on Monday evening.
Robert Kharsati and Banisha Khyriemmujat, residents of Smit were arrested while they were travelling in a Swift vehicle.
