MPHRC concerned over NEIGRIHMS row

SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Peoples’ Human Rights Council (MPHRC) has expressed concern over the ongoing imbroglio in the Cardiology Department at NEIGRIHMS which led to the death of a 55-year- old woman, who could not be operated due to the absence of cardiac devices.
