Ri Bhoi village gets ambulance

Nongpoh: An ambulance, which was acquired through the village fund, was launched at Lumnongrim Dewlieh in Ri Bhoi in its bid to provide better service to the residents.
Headman Eddie G Kharbani released the ambulance in the presence of village leaders and the residents.
Kharbani, in his speech, expressed joy that the village finally got its own ambulance to serve the people during the time of emergency.
He lauded the village committee leaders for their cooperation and effort.
He also urged the villagers to extend their cooperation with the village committee so that this ambulance can be properly used and serve its purpose.
