ONGC institutes high level inquiry on screenshots of CBT

GUWAHATI: ONGC has taken a serious note of the screen shots posted in social media, of the questions of its Computer Based Test (online) conducted recently to recruit non-executives through experienced independent agency. Expressing its concern on the development a police complaint is being lodged.

Simultaneously, a high-level internal committee has been constituted to investigate into the matter and submit a report at the earliest. ONGC will take all necessary actions on the recommendations of the committee report. ONGC assures all support to the Police and administration in their investigation to book the culprits for prosecution.

ONGC reaffirms that it is always committed to the best practices in all its recruitment processes to ensure utmost transparency. Any aberrations, whenever noticed, are sternly dealt with.
