Shillong: A forty-seven-year-old man identified as James Yul Lyngdoh and a resident of Pdengshnong, Lower Mawprem, has been missing since June 23 and till now his whereabouts is not known. According to an FIR filed by the family, James usually stays with his relatives and returns home in a few days. But this time he did not come back, the FIR stated.
