NONGSTOIN: The Hima Nongstoin Land Owner Coal Trader & Producer Association (HNLOCT&PA) has postponed the public meeting to felicitate the chief minister and deputy chief minister due to the demise of Speaker Donkupar Roy.
The felicitation programme was supposed to be held at Nongpyndeng on July 31.
The general secretary of the association, Apsharailang Syiem, informed that the fresh date of the programme will be announced later.
