SHILLONG: The Shubham Charitable Association, a centre for Pradhan Manrti Kaushal Vikas Yojana, is on the job of providing skill development related knowledge and technical knowhow to the youths of Shillong.
Meghalaya Governor, Tathagata Roy on Saturday handed over certificates to 24 individuals who had completed a short term course on beauty and wellness.
Speaking on the occasion, Roy expressed his happiness and asserted that the yojana is playing a pivotal role in making youths more employable.
