SHILLONG: The Mawlai Town Dorbar in its meeting held on September 14 has elected S.D. Khongwir as its new president.
He is also the headman of the Dorbar Shnong, Mawlai Nonglum.
All official work pertaining to Mawlai Town Dorbar will be handled by him with effect from September 23.
