Films on Gandhi screened

SHILLONG: Immortalised on reel, the footprints of Mahatma Gandhi left in the history of the nation was showcased through the screening of documentary films on the Mahatma at U Soso Tham Auditorium in the city on Tuesday.
The two-day film screening, which will culminate on Tuesday, marking the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, was organised by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Meghalaya in collaboration with Synod College, Shillong. During the day, participants witnessed the screening of 5 documentaries on Gandhi.
