Srinagar: In a bid to create unrest in Jammu and Kashmir region, which is still coming out of a two-month long communication ban post abrogation of Article 370, militants on Wednesday shot down a migrant labourer from Chhattisgarh in a Pulwama village.
The non Kashmiri labourer working in a brick kiln in Kakpura village was called out by the militants and shot multiple times from a close range, police said.
This is the second killing of a non-Kashmiri worker in the valley this week.
On Monday night, a driver from Rajasthan was shot dead in Shirmal village of Shopian district. (IANS)
