SHILLONG: Power Plus Gym, in collaboration with SS Umsning Proper-B, will organise the 2 Power Lifting competition, 2019 for Squat, Bench press, deadlift at Umsning Dorbar hall on December 7 as pre-selection for national level competition which is scheduled to be held in Jharkhand, Bokaro steel city in January 2020 conducted by Power Lifting India.
