Rejig in state police dept

SHILLONG: The State Government has once again effected a reshuffle in the state police department .
A notification issued by the government on Monday said that Crescency .W. Lyngdoh, Deputy Superintendent Police(City), East Khasi Hills, Shillong, has been transferred and posted as the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Anti Corruption Bureau)CID, against the vacancy.
Banraplang Jyrwa, MPS, Deputy Superintendent of police (TCC),CID, Shillong has been transferred and posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police (City), East Khasi Hills, Shillong
According to the notification, Priyanka W Sangma, Deputy Superintendent of police (CID), has been transferred and posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police (Anti-Infiltration),Shillong against the existing vacancy whereas Banteilang Kharjana,Sub Divisional Police officer (SDPO), Sohra,East Khasi Hills has been transferred and posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police (CID).
Ivan B Diengdoh, , Sub Divisional Police Officer Mawshynrut, West Khasi Nongstoin has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commandant SF-10, Shillong, against the existing vacancy whereas Ialamlad Kharkongor, Assistant Commandant,5th MLP Battalion has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Police Officer, Mawshynrut.
It also stated that Nickcheng Senga Ch Momin, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Hqr),North Garo Hills, Resubelpara is being transferred and posted as Assistant Commandant, SF-10, adding Ravi K Sangma, MPS, Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Chokpot, South Garo Hills, Baghmara is being transferred and posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police(Hqr), North Garo Hills, Resubelpara .
While Deepak Kumar Palecha, IPS, has been promoted to officiate in the Senior Time Scale of the Senior Scale in the Level 11 of the pay matrix with effect from January 1, 2019. On promotion, Palecha has been posted as the Deputy Commandant, 4th MLP Battalion, Sohpian, Nongstoin.
The notification also stated that in the interest of public service and on completion of Phase II training from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, National Police Academy, Hyderabad, Shailendra Bamaniya, IPS has been posted as the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Dadenggre, West Garo Hills, Tura, against the existing vacancy, with effect from the date of taking over charge or until further order.
Similarly, Giri Prasad M, IPS has been posted as the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Sohra, East Khasi Hills district with effect from the date of taking over charge or until further order.
