SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Government has appointed new members in the Meghalaya State Commission for Women and their terms shall be co-terminus with the term of the Commission.
Karunakaroi Lamar (Retd) Deputy Director of Social Welfare has been appointed in place of N Sutnga and Naphibanmer Laso, Assistant Public Prosecutor & Legal Aid Counsel in place of Rebina Subba.
This was informed by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Social Welfare Department.
