Youth leadership event concludes

SHILLONG: The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) organized by Orchid City Rotary concluded at Christ School at Umiam on Saturday. The 3-day leadership and personality development programme, which aims to build a new generation of community-centric leaders, was attended by 19 students from RB Anup Chand Hindi School, Laban Assamese School, Mary Mount School, Pine Mount School, St Paul’s School (Jowai). The resource person team was led by Santhosh Kumar P, an international trainer based in Kerala and supported by Sahil Singla, Dr Judita Syiemlieh, Dr C Varghese and Pradeep Pillai.
