NONGSTOIN: A three-day Training on Youth leadership and Community Development concluded on Saturday at Upper New Nongstoin.
The programme, organised by Porniangkhong Sport Social & Cultural Club and funded by Nehru Yuva Kendra, Nongstoin, witnessed a huge turnout from the youth.
Discussions on topics like concept, styles, role and responsibilities of a leader, communication skills, good citizenship, manners and respect for ethics and values, skill development training, early marriage and dropout, drug and substance abuse and social media and its effect were also held.
