2 suspects held in KSU member’s murder case

Mawkyrwat: Mawkyrwat Police has arrested two persons on suspicion of being involved in the mysterious death of KSU member Teiborlang Marwein (23) hailing from Nonglang village in South West Khasi Hills District.
Police on Monday informed that the two suspects picked up on Saturday were identified as Pynshailang Shylla (20) of Photjaud War village and Osis Kharlyngdoh (20) of Nonglang village. Police confirmed that the duo had accompanied Marwein from Nonglang village to Tynnai on New Year’s night.
Marwein’s body was found on the roadside of Bri-Iawngei at Tynnai village the next day with fractured hands and legs.
