SHILLONG: Speaker Metbah Lyngdoh has expressed shock and sorrow on the passing away of former legislator Admiral K Sangma.
Condoling his death, the Speaker said that Sangma will be remembered as a humble and soft-spoken legislator, who also made a mark as an effective minister and Leader of Opposition.
He also conveyed condolences to the bereaved family.
