KSU general election today

SHILLONG: The 14th general election of the Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) for the term 2020-23 will be held on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm at Community Hall, Jaiaw Shyiap-Lumpyllon, Shillong.
Lambokstarwell Marngar and Donald Thabah are all set to continue as president and general secretary of KSU respectively as the post of president, vice-president and general secretary were uncontested. The post of vice-president went to Biangbor Lyngdoh Paliar.
On the other hand, the KSU Bangalore Unit will felicitate meritorious students, who study in Karnataka, in a programme to be held in Shillong.
The percentage for Class 10 and 12 is 80 per cent, Engineering – 75 per cent, Medical & paramedical – 75 per cent, Law – 75 per cent, other degrees/diploma — 80 per cent.
