Plight of Pynursla residents

SHILLONG: Several residents of Pynursla were stranded on Saturday at Upper Shillong though the vehicles they were travelling in had curfew passes.
Sources said that after they were stopped by the police, some of them had to walk from 7th mile, Upper Shillong to the city.
According to sources, they were mostly poor people and did not have anything to eat.
