MLA asks Muslim devotees to stay home

SHILLONG: Rajabala MLA Azad Zaman has asked Muslim devotees of the state not to visit mosques and graveyard on the holy night of Shab-E-Barat on Thursday in view of the prevailing situation due to the pandemic.
Making an appeal to the devotees, mosques and graveyard committees to cooperate with the respective district administrations, the MLA urged everyone to pray individually at their respective homes for the entire mankind across the country and the globe.
