Bring back M’laya residents from Assam: Rajabala MLA

SHILLONG: Following the decision of the Assam Government to allow their stranded citizens which includes students and labourers to move within the state of Assam for three days, Rajabala MLA, Dr Azad Zaman asked the state government to take necessary measures and ensure that the residents of Meghalaya who are stranded in Assam are sent back to their respective places in the state after proper medical checkup, travel history and other relevant guidelines.
Zaman said that the decision of Assam has caused panic to the parents of students, labourers from the state who are stranded in different locations of Assam.
