Meghalaya’s Phulbari MLA tests positive for COVID19

SHILLONG: Phulbari MLA, Esmatur Mominin has tested positive for COVID-19 and he is under home isolation in Shillong.The MLA had tested negative in antigen test .He said though he was yet to receive the report but doctors have confirmed to him that he is COVID positive
