Tranley Kshiar, a resident of Madanriting Block G and a retired assistant executive engineer, PWD Roads, Mawkyrwat Division, South West Khasi Hills, passed away on Thursday afternoon. His funeral will be held on Saturday at Madanriting Catholic Cemetery at 2 pm.
