SHILLONG: Amid the rising cases of COVID-19 in the district, new areas have been ordered to be declared as containment areas. This includes entire residence of Smti Jngun Marbaniang located at Mawpat Circle-III.
Additionally, order for micro-containment areas will include house of Kynrem Ri Lyngdoh at Riatsamthiah, the house of Shri Ashok Dutta (tenant) in the compound of Smti Victoria Marbaniang, Laban Masjid road and the house of Shri V. Malakar (tenant) in the compound of Smti T. Hynniewta, Riat Laban East, Madan Laban.
