New chairman of pollution board

SHILLONG: The state government has appointed Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, BK Lyngwa, as the chairman of the Meghalaya Pollution Control Board following the retirement of CP Marak on September 30. Lyngwa assumed office on Thursday.
