Assam COVID: 9 more die, death toll mounts to 811

GUWAHATI: Nine more persons died of COVID19 in Assam on Saturday taking the death toll in the state up to 811 so far.

As many as 971 new COVID19 positive cases were detected out of 27491 tests conducted in the state.

Positivity rate was estimated at 3.53 per cent. Maximum number of 229 cases were reported from most populous district of Kamrup Metro today.
