Assault
Timai Lamat lodged a complaint that on October 3, around 10.30 pm, during a family meeting at Syndai village in West Jaintia Hills, her uncle Joy Syndai threatened her and also assaulted her. As a result, she fell on the ground and became unconscious.

Break-in
Raju Singh lodged a complaint that on October 20 evening, miscreant(s) broke into his house at Nongmensong Dongkamon, Shillong and stole ornaments valued around Rs 39,000 besides an LPG cylinder and Rs 7,000.

Cattle seized
Company Commander, BSF Muktapur BOP, West Jaintia Hills, lodged a complaint that on October 19, BSF personnel of Hawatila BOP detected 28 heads of cattle near BP No. 1286/2-S along Indo-Bangladesh border in WJH. The cattle were handed over to Police at Muktapur PP for safe custody.

Theft
Pemal M Sangma lodged a complaint that on the night of October 20, miscreant(s) stole two heads of cattle from his residential premises at Megagre Songgitcham village in East Garo Hills.
