Meghalaya COVID update: 71 new cases; total active cases 1009

SHILLONG: With detection of 71 new COVID19 positive cases and recovery of 117 more persons, the number of active COVID 19 cases in Meghalaya stands at 1009 as on date.

The state has so far reported 90 deaths due to COVID19 while 8579 persons have recovered from the virus infection in the state till date.
